- Any questions about the meeting room needs or modifications should be directed to the management office on the first floor.
- Supportive equipment and materials may be delivered in advance and can be unloaded at the delivery entrance, affording easy access to the service elevator. Please coordinate these needs with Center management in advance of your meeting.
- It is helpful to conference participants if announcements pertaining to food service and other items of concern are made at the beginning of the program.
- All programs should be conducted in a manner which does not produce excessive noise which may be disruptive to other groups.
- Please do not tape materials to the walls or doors of the Center.
- It is important that programs be terminated at scheduled times, or that an extension be requested prior to noon on the day in question.
