Events scheduled by the Chancellor, The Kenan Fund, or The Kenan-Flagler Business School will have priority in the event of scheduling conflicts.

Scheduling generally will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations will not be booked more than 12 calendar months in advance. Exceptions to this policy may be made by the managing director of The Kenan Center for University-sponsored regional or national academic association meetings, which must be arranged several years in advance.
